Emotions. With sad, happy, scared and frustrated all the emotions were matched with a song chosen my Yvonne and I. We both looked at different options and we chose which songs most suit our emotions.

I Wonder Animation

This is my short animation about my I Wonder question - I Wonder why Scientist thought Pluto wasn't a plant. Answer: The Definition of a planet changed and Pluto no longer fit it, so it's now known as a dwarf planet.

In this task My group and I came up with a few I wonder questions about space. The People in my group were Unique and Yvonne.

Week 6 Inquiry Project

Our Project is to make bag hooks for classrooms in the school who are in need of them. During our research we have learnt that only team 4 and 5 are the only groups that need bag hooks. In team 5 we have most of the student bags on the ground instead of on the bag hooks that we have in our space, some student say the we need more bag hooks so that the students bags can fit on one side of each bag hooks.

We met with Mrs Tele’a to confirm our project and we also shared with her the materials needed and the quantity needed to make this possible. We talked about how many hooks could fit on one pole and how many rows we wanted. Soon we decided to have eight on each pole for now and we also wanted a lock plan for the lockers as many are locked with lost combinations.

My Class Treaty

Chromatography Experiments

In this experiment Brooklyn and I prepared a 1/4 cup of water. Secondly we made a sample using filter paper. The third thing we did was we set up the filter paper in the cup of water making sure it was just touching the paper. Lastly we sketched a before and after sadly we forgot the before but this picture is after.

In this task Yvonne and I found out more about handball. This task was fun and I'd like to do it again some time.

Usain Bolt

In this task i found info,facts and things about a specific athlete. The athlete I chose was usain bolt.
My favourite thing i found out about him was that in 2009 he adopted a cheetah and named him Lightning bolt. The reason Usain adopted a cheetah was because he is the fastest man alive and so is the cheetah but in animals.

Identity

This morning my class learnt about Identity. This image shows in black the people that know their identity and in blue are the troubled people that aren't sure. This image shows what feeling you would have if you were one of these sides. I feel
I know my identity but I have alot to learn.

Titanic Acrostic Poem

T if for the Torpedo was for how fast the front of the boat snapped in half then went down like a torpedo.

I is for the innocent  people that lost members in their family that night.

T is for the titanic was an amazing looking ship but it wasn't lifesaving .

A if for the amount of living people that survived.

Number of the lives were lost.

I is for the iceberg that the titanic ship crashed into that night.

C is for the Crew members that were at the number of 900.
